The death of a loved one can be a traumatic experience that leaves those left behind with a massive void in their lives. We understand that when someone close to you has died arranging the funeral during this difficult time of bereavement may not be the easiest thing to do. We can support you in partnership with the funeral directors of your choice helping you prepare for a personal funeral service following the death of your loved one. We can offer a bespoke funeral service when planning the funeral whether in the Church/Crematorium or Burial. Please contact church administrator for further information.

Annual Service of Remembrance
This is an annual event taking place in November. In 2016 we will see the new exhibition taking place from Friday into remembrance Sunday. This will be an opportunity to see how local people played a key part in the war efforts.
This will commence with the ‘Tree of Hope’ linked with the Christmas programme. This is an opportunity to light a candle in remembrance of a loved one. This is a significant undertaking for those who wish to participate. The tree also remains insitu throughout the year for anyone wishing to participate at any other time of the year.
A Christmas Carol Service by candlelight, a midnight Mass on Christmas Eve Service and Christmas day services takes place for all members of the community.
